What warranty and returns do I get?

Used devices carry a one-month SA Technology warranty, and you can return a used device within 3 days of delivery. New devices carry the official distributor warranty for one year (chargers are not covered), and you can return a new device within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse is not covered. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we process a refund or replacement. The full terms are in our refund policy.
