Return & Refund Policy

Returns
- Refurbished / used products: can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Brand-new products: can be returned within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Warranty
- Brand-new products: covered by the official distributor (agent) warranty for 1 year. Chargers are not covered.
- Refurbished / used products: covered by SA Technology warranty for 1 month.

Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
