Which tablet comes with what?
For note-taking with a pen, choose a model with a pen in the box: the Tab 10.1-inch 128 GB Wi-Fi, both Idea Tab models and the Yoga Tab Plus. For typing, the Idea Tab 5G and the Yoga Tab Plus come with a keyboard. For use away from Wi-Fi, the Tab 10.1-inch 4G and the Idea Tab 5G take a SIM card.
What warranty and returns do I get?
New devices carry the official distributor warranty for one year (chargers are not covered), and you can return a new device within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse is not covered. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we process a refund or replacement. The full terms are in our refund policy.
How much is delivery, and how do I pay?
Delivery is free inside Doha and QAR 30 to the rest of Qatar, within 24 hours of order confirmation. You can pay cash on delivery, or by instant bank transfer before delivery. We are an online store only, so every order is delivered to your address. Details are in our shipping policy.
