What warranty and returns do I get?

Used devices carry a one-month SA Technology warranty, and you can return a used device within 3 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we process a refund or replacement. The full terms are in our refund policy.

How much is delivery, and how do I pay?

Delivery is free inside Doha and QAR 30 to the rest of Qatar, within 24 hours of order confirmation. You can pay cash on delivery, or by instant bank transfer before delivery. We are an online store only, so every order is delivered to your address. Details are in our shipping policy.
