Will a pen work with my tablet?
The BOOX pen is listed for the BOOX Go 7 Color Gen 2; the Targus pen is listed for smartphones and tablets. If you are not sure, send us your tablet model on WhatsApp (+974 5018 0270) before you order.
What warranty and returns do I get?
New devices carry the official distributor warranty for one year (chargers are not covered), and you can return a new device within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse is not covered. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we process a refund or replacement. The full terms are in our refund policy.
