Buying help and FAQ ▾

Where to start

Are these new or used?

Both. Each product page says whether the device is new or used, and lists its exact specs.

What warranty and returns do I get?

Used devices carry a one-month SA Technology warranty, and you can return a used device within 3 days of delivery. New devices carry the official distributor warranty for one year (chargers are not covered), and you can return a new device within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse is not covered. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we process a refund or replacement. The full terms are in our refund policy.

How much is delivery, and how do I pay?

Delivery is free inside Doha and QAR 30 to the rest of Qatar, within 24 hours of order confirmation. You can pay cash on delivery, or by instant bank transfer before delivery. We are an online store only, so every order is delivered to your address. Details are in our shipping policy.

Can I ask about a specific device?

Yes. WhatsApp us on +974 5018 0270 with the product link, and we answer about that exact unit.
